The result: Like building blocks, ESPRICO® provides the body with these nutrients in the right places. Scientific studies have shown that the capsules are best taken for at least 12 weeks to ensure a balancing out of the fatty acid ratio in the fatty acid metabolic process. The fatty acid metabolism balance should be optimised after this time. If required, ESPRICO® can also be taken for longer than 12 weeks. The recommended daily dose 4 capsules: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, with or after a meal, to chew or swallow with some liquid or food.
